Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Assistant who will be part of the Operations team, reporting into the Operations Director and working alongside the senior leaders for Consumer and Healthcare. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth running of the office and company based initiatives. Must be highly motivated with critical thinking skills and an ability to come to leaders with ideas and solutions

Responsibilities

• Prepare, amend and collate documents and files e.g. presentations, spreadsheets, typed documents and other internal files
• Proactive in ensuring routine tasks and processes are followed by the wider business by monitoring and communicating progress and reporting back to the senior leadership team
• Support on internal initiatives and projects
• Support meeting set ups, agenda setting and minutes/actions
• Internal liaison and communication with individual teams and rest of the company
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills are a must with an ability to prioritise and deliver outstanding quality on time
• Point of contact for office based queries, liaising across the agencies working within this and building services
• Lead the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office
• A requirement of the role is to be present within the office 2-3 days a week with flexibility needed based on company needs

Key Attributes

• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Worked in an admin/ support role previously
• Able to work with employees at all levels
• Previous experience working for a research/media/advertising company would be an advantage
• Excellent organiser, ability to prioritise and strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Great team work and communication
• Flexibility and adaptability
• An ability to multi-task and prioritise is essential
• Happy to work both within a team and alone
• Able to take initiative (with relevant support)
• A ‘can do’ attitude
