Hall & Partners is an uncommon insight agency that specializes in brand strategy, brand performance measurement, and campaign performance research.

Responsibilities

The Strategist, Quantitative Insight plays a key role in running projects that deliver fresh insight to get to the heart of client questions, shaping their brand strategy and marketing action.

The Salary Range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. If this is not the right range for you, please check out our other openings. This position is a hybrid role with an office in downtown LA that the team typically meets 1-2x per week. The remaining time is remote.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing quantitative research projects autonomously (4+ years), with prior experience as a line manager and/or managing individuals on team projects (1-2 years)
  • Strong management skills strongly desired. Able to lead and prioritise to deliver outstanding quality on time and coach team members to do so
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to win and grow our business
  • Expert critical thinking skills and ability to come to leaders with solutions
  • Able to travel occasionally as the job requires
