The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support to our managers and employees, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted partner to our leaders, providing guidance, coaching, and expertise in all areas of HR to drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness as they are aligned to the business unit that this role supports considering the global programs that would apply to all business units.
This position will report into the Director, Talent Management.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for employees.
- Collaborate with people managers to understand their strategic objectives and partner with them to develop and implement HR initiatives that support these goals.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and develop proactive HR solutions to address them.
- Partner with the Senior HRBP and the wider HR Team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, talent reviews, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations and stay updated on changes in employment legislation.
- Lead investigations into employee complaints and concerns and recommend appropriate actions to address and resolve issues.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the HR team and key stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts, providing coaching and feedback to managers to drive a positive and inclusive culture.
- Stay up-to-date with HR industry trends and best practices, ensuring our organization remains competitive and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, with experience in implementing and updating policies, and understanding employment law.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, with stakeholders at manager level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Excels at strategic thinking, open to new perspectives and better ways to do things, runs at change and succeeds in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, with integrity and discretion.
- Change management. Demonstrable track record in change management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role. This may be an opportunity for you to embark on the next step in your HR career

- Candidate must be located in Mumbai currently.
