Role Overview

Analysts hold core execution responsibilities and assist their managers and project teams with effective project execution as well as insight generation. Analysts are expected to demonstrate the ability to work diligently on one complete module/project, thereby providing maximum leverage and impact. They also often engage end-to-end on any project/initiative as strong individual contributors.

This role will report to the Project Manager (PM) of Generative AI & Secondary Productization; and will be a core part of an internal Center of Excellence (COE) that’s focused on formulating Escalent’s Gen AI and Product strategy from the perspective of developing marketable products/solutions as well as integrating Gen AI tools/capabilities into internal research/consulting/corporate function workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Escalent business context and product strategy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions within the COE and among other internal teams; and execute work and analytical plans created by the PM.
• Manage module/part of any project/initiative independently and/or under direct supervision of the PM and Associate Project Lead(s).
• Conduct comprehensive and time-bound research, leveraging both secondary and primary (interviews, surveys, etc.) sources and techniques, as applicable.
• Organize, analyze, synthesize, and generate insightful and structured outputs using appropriate tools and techniques (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.) while paying strong attention to high quality and timely completion.
• Showcase an ability to test various AI/GAI tools from a usability and effectiveness perspective.
• [Over time] Develop strong subject matter expertise and gravitas, especially in Generative AI.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduation or Post Graduation, with an engineering degree (preferably Computer Science, IT or Electronics).
• Experience:
  • 0.5 to 2.0 years of research experience.
  • Must Have: Strong expertise in Desk Research and Syndicated Data Analysis.
  • Good to Have: Working knowledge of any of Primary Qualitative Research, Primary Quantitative Research, Social Media Listening/Analytics and Process Analytics/Innovation.
• Skills and Expertise:
  • Good-to-Have: Working knowledge of Gen AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Dall.E, Perplexity AI, etc.
• Excellent communication skills

• Logical and creative thinker with astute analytical aptitude
